Westa Rey III is the Dean of Sweet Roll Academy and the granddaughter of the White Rabbit. Much like her grandfather, she believes time is invaluable, though her handling of schedules and appointments widely differ from his own.

Academic affairs, staff coordination, public image maintenance, crisis response, and Wonderland nonsense containment all arrive at her desk.

Westa is composed, practical, and almost offensively competent. She is not cruel to students, but she has neither the time nor remaining nicotine for ceremonial warmth. The Academy depends on her ability to keep functioning while the world bends around her.

It's no secret that Moira remains one of the largest sources of administrative stress in her life, though she is (bafflingly) unable to suspend or expel the Muffin Scholar. The Hawthornes have denied her even that reprieve.
